Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (Review of Initial Environmental Examination and Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations, 2014.

These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Sindh Environmental Protection Act, 2014.
The Sindh Environmental Protection Agency may issue guidelines for preparation of an IEE or EIA or environmental check. Every approval of an IEE or EIA or environmental check list shall, in addition to some conditions as may be imposed by the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency, be subject to condition that the project shall be designed and constructed, and mitigatory and other measures adopted, strictly in accordance with the IEE or EIA or environmental check list. The Regulations further make provisions for: the Environmental Assessment Advisory Committee, public participation, projects requiring an IEE or EIA or environmental check list, etc.
