Abstract
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Sindh Environmental Protection Act, 2014.
Any laboratory which fulfils the criteria laid down in Regulation 5 may make an application in the form set out in Schedule-I, to the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency for certification as an environmental laboratory. The Regulations further make provisions for: the functions of an environmental laboratory, the conditions of certification, etc.
