Abstract
This Act aims to preserve and improve the breeding of bulls.
The Provincial Government shall appoint livestock officers who shall be responsible for granting licences to keep bulls for breeding purposes. The Officers shall also have the power to order the castration of unsuitable animals.
The Act further provides for inspection of bulls, marking of bulls, and for offences and penalties.
