Abstract
These Rules, consisting of 8 Sections and one Schedule, are enacted in accordance with the Sindh Environmental Protection Act, 2014 (No. VIII of 2014).
All manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers or oxo-biodegradtion plastic products and pro-degradant additive shall get themselves registered with the Agency within a period of three months. The Rules further make provisions for: functions and powers of the Authorized Officer for inspection, disclosure of certain information, etc.
