Sindh Social Protection Authority Act, 2022 (Sindh Act No. IX of 2022).

The Act establishes the Sindh Social Protection Authority, that is granted the status of a body corporate with perpetual succession. This Authority is empowered to perform various functions, including formulating social protection policies, coordinating public initiatives, approving criteria for identifying and assisting the poor and vulnerable, allocating resources, collecting and managing data, implementing social protection programs, and advising the government on social protection matters. Part III of the text provides for management and administration of the Authority and Part VI on the fund. The Act consists of 24 Articles divided into VII parts.
