Abstract
This Act extends to the whole of the Province of West Pakistan, except the Tribal Areas. According to the provisions of the present Act it is prohibited to burn firewood or charcoal in any factory, brick-kiln, lime-kiln, or such other fire places or class of fire places as may specified by notification. Furthermore, the Act states the cases in which such prohibition is not applicable. Final provisions concern penalties in case of contravention.
