Act on the Agriculture Protection Fund.

The main objective of this Act is to create legal possibilities guaranteeing agricultural producers compensation for the loss of income from their agricultural activity in the event of bankruptcy of buyers of agricultural products. The Fund establishes the separate bank account at the disposal of the National Support Center for Agriculture. The Fund's income will consist of: (1) payments to the Fund made by purchasing entities; (2) interest on funds deposited with the minister responsible for public finance; (3) funds recovered by the National Support Center for Agriculture as a result of bankruptcy proceedings against purchasing entities that became insolvent, for the benefit of the Fund for claims after payment of compensation to agricultural producers.
