Act amending the Fertilizers and Fertilizing Act.

The present Act, which is composed of seven paragraphs, amends the following articles of the Fertilizers and Fertilizing Act: 2, 3, 4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10a, 11, 20a, 20e, 20g, 21, 24, 24a. All permissions for introducing fertilizers into turnover issued from 1 May 2004 until 31 May 2005 shall become invalid on 1 June 2005 if the quality requirements of fertilizers specified in these permissions do not satisfy the minimum requirements specified in article 9. Fertilizers introduced into turnover on the basis of such permissions can stay in turnover until 31 December 2005.
