Abstract
The present Act, which is composed of nineteen paragraphs, establishes the long term National Support Plan concerning Nutrition. The programme shall be executed from 2006 to 2009. The aims of the programme are: supporting nutrition of children and persons who have no food, especially on high unemployment areas and on rural areas; long term activities for the improvement of health of children and school children by limiting malnutrition; disseminating health style of nutrition; improvement of life quality of persons and families with low level incomes; improvement nutrition base, especially taking into consideration children and school children.
