Abstract
The Act, which is composed of 19 Paragraphs, establishes: scope of tasks and organizational units dealing with financial support to fruit and vegetables producers; provisions on approval of producers' organizations; control of legitimacy of financial support provided within the fruit and vegetable market regulated by the European Union. The competent authority for the approval shall be the regional director of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture.
