Act on the organization of the fruit and vegetable market, hop market, tobacco market and fodder plant market.

The Act is composed of eight Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Fruits and vegetables markets (sect. 2); Hop market (sect. 3); Tobacco market (sect. 4); Fodder plant market (sect. 5); Criminal provisions (sect. 6); Changes in valid provisions (sect. 7); Transitional and final provisions (sect. 8). The Act establishes tasks of organizational units and organs dealing with the organization of the following markets: fruits and vegetables, hop, tobacco, fodder plant. Provisions of competition prevention do not apply to the organization of the markets mentioned above. The scope of the organization is specified by the provisions of the European Union.
