Act on the organization of some agricultural markets.

The present Act, which is composed of 16 Sections, establishes the tasks of organizational units and organs concerning interventional purchase and sale of cereal and providing financial support for the first plants processing flax or hemp straw. The Agency for Agricultural Market is in charge of the interventional purchase and sale of cereal: purchase and sale; maintenance of the list of entrepreneurs who store cereal and the list of laboratories evaluating quality of cereal; control of quantity and quality of cereal.
