Act on the promotion of electrical energy from high-efficiency cogeneration.

This Act sets out rules for providing support to electrical energy generated in high-efficiency cogeneration in cogeneration units and to issuing guarantees of origin for high-efficiency cogeneration. The present Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Rules for participation in the support scheme for producers of electrical energy from high-efficiency cogeneration; (3) Rules for participation in the auction support scheme for producers of electrical energy from high-efficiency cogeneration; (4) Rules for participation in the support scheme in the form of guaranteed premium for producers of electrical energy from high-efficiency cogeneration; (5) Rules for participation in the support scheme for cogeneration units with an installed electrical capacity of not less than 50MW; (6) Principles of managing the demand for electrical energy from high-efficiency cogeneration and the method of calculating the amount of electrical energy from high-efficiency cogeneration; (7) Cogeneration fee; (8) Information obligations for producers of electrical energy from cogeneration benefiting from the support specified by this Act; (9) Guarantees of origin of electrical energy from cogeneration; (10) Penal fees; (11) Criminal provisions; (12) Changes in valid provisions.
