Act on restructuring the debt of farms.

This Act, which is composed of 11 articles, lays down principles and conditions of restructuring the debt of entities operating farms. This restructuring consists in financial support in forms specified in art. 1 point 1. To receive such support, an entity operating farm is obliged to prepare a restructuring plan approved by the competent director of the voivodship agricultural advisory center. The content of such plan is specified in art. 3 point 3.
