Act on rural areas development support financed from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund.

This Act, which is composed of 16 Paragraphs, lays down tasks of organizational units in the scope of rural areas development support financed from the funds coming from the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund, concerning in particular: receiving of structural pension; support agricultural activities on areas of disadvantageous conditions of farming; support agricultural ventures and improvement of the state of livestock; afforesting agricultural land; adaptation of farms to European Union standards; supporting groups of agricultural producers; technical assistance to organizational units dealing with rural areas development.
