Act on the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023 2027.

This Act lays down: (1) tasks and competencies of authorities and organizational units regarding the implementation of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for the years 2023-2027 specified in Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 establishing rules on support for strategic plans to be drawn up by Member States under the common agricultural policy (CAP Strategic Plans); (2) conditions and mode of granting and payment; (3) rules for the implementation of financial instruments.
The present Act is composed of the following sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Institutional system; (3) General provisions on support; (4) Support granted by decision; (5) Support granted by agreement; (6) Control; (7) Financial instruments; (8) Support granting and payment; (9) National network of rural areas; (10) Advisory services to farmers and knowledge transfer; (11) Changes in provisions; (12) Transitional and final provisions. The aid is granted to a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality if the conditions for granting this aid are met.
