Act on support to thermo-modernizing ventures.

The present Act, which is composed of 19 Paragraphs, establishes concerns the functioning of the Thermo-Modernizing Fund and lays down principles for supporting thermo-modernizing ventures for the following purposes: limitation of the use of supplied energy (to residential buildings, collective residence buildings and buildings of local government units) for heating and water heating needs; limitation of energy loss in local heating networks; complete or partial exchange of conventional power sources to non-conventional sources, including renewable sources.
