Abstract
The Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Creation and organization of veterinary clinics (sect. 2); Record of veterinary clinics (sect. 3); Principles of veterinary services (sect. 4); Criminal provision, changes in valid provisions, transitional provisions and final provision (sect. 5). A veterinary clinic is a health-care institution to provide services concerning veterinary medicine, called veterinary services, equipped with properties, and in particular rooms, apparatus and equipment adjusted to the scope of provided services. A veterinary service means activity to preserve, rescue or improve the state of health of animals and their productivity.
