Abstract
The present Act, which is composed of 16 Paragraphs, establishes the tasks and functions of the institutions competent in matter of ecological agriculture. The institutions entitled to control matters concerning ecological agriculture are the following: the Minister of Agriculture, the Inspection for Commercial Quality of Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs and other units entitled to control and issue certificates. The Minister shall establish a unit responsible for qualifying plant protection agents applied to ecological agriculture, and fertilizers or agents improving soil properties applied for ecological agriculture.
