Executive Order No. 11 of the Minister of Environment Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry regarding the issuance of the Statute for the State Forestry Administration-State Forests.

The Statute of the "State Forests", a management body for state forests established pursuant to the Forest Act of 1991, has been reproduced in the Annex to this Order. The 47 sections of the Statute are divided into 10 Chapters, i.e.: General Provisions (1); State Forests (2); General Director (3); General Directorate (4); Regional Director (5); Regional Directorate (6); Superintendent (7); Superintendency (8); Self-standing Enterprise (9); Final Provisions (10). Annex 2 contains a list of self-standing enterprises.
