Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour, which is composed of eight articles, implements certain directives of the European Community of 2006 amending Council Directive 76/769/EEC on restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations. In particular, the Regulation sets out provisions applicable to wooden materials which contain dangerous substances.
