Regulation on certain conditions of organic production.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six paragraphs, lays down conditions of organic production which would be satisfied to establish: (1) livestock density according to art. 15 of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control; (2) period required to restore vegetation on the area intended for the enclosure for poultry; (3) slow-growing types of poultry; (4) acceptability of keeping captive cattle.
