Regulation on conditions of import into the territory of Poland, export from the territory of Poland or transit through this territory of nuclear materials, radioactive sources and devices containing such sources.

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of eight paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: (1) conditions of import into the territory of Poland, export from the territory of Poland or transit through this territory of nuclear materials, radioactive sources and devices containing such sources; (2) deadlines and way of notifying The President of the National Atomic Energy Agency on import or export, and contents of this notification; (3) form of declaration of transit of closed radioactive source from a country which is not a member of the European Union, or export to such country. Nuclear materials, radioactive sources and devices containing such sources can be imported to or exported from territory of Poland if: import or export is done by and organizational entity which is permitted for activities concerning nuclear safety and radiological protection; import or export applies to nuclear materials, radioactive wastes or devices containing such sources for which the activity can be carried out on the basis of the notification concerning nuclear safety and radiological protection; import or export applies to nuclear materials, radioactive wastes or devices containing such sources for which the activity does not require permission or notification.
