Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven paragraphs, establishes: (1) types of packaging exempt from requirements of the maximum amount of content inclusion of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium (called heavy metals) in the box at the level of 100 mg / kg; (2) types of packaging for which the maximum amount of heavy metals contents in the package may be higher than 100 mg / kg; (3) duration and detailed conditions of exemption or increase in the sum of the maximum contents of heavy metals in the package.
