Regulation on controlling security of equipment and installations containing substances that deplete the ozone layer.

This Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour concerns checks to be carried out on equipment and installations containing substances that deplete the ozone layer, with a view to ensuring their security. Such checks cover: functioning of the device; controlling documentation of the device; general external examination; examination of protection devices; controlling corrosion of individual elements of the device; detection of tightness; test of tightness if necessary.
