Regulation on the criteria for designation of waters sensitive to pollution by nitrogen compounds from agricultural sources.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and six Annexes, defines waters sensitive to pollution by nitrogen compounds from agricultural sources, polluted waters and waters threatened with pollution. In particular, waters sensitive to pollution by nitrogen compounds from agricultural sources are polluted waters or waters threatened with pollution if no action is taken to reduce direct or indirect discharge to the waters of nitrates and other nitrogenous compounds that can turn into nitrates, coming from agricultural activities. The Annexes describe individual indicators used to evaluate the pollution of water.
