Regulation defining the operation scope of the Minister of Environment.

This Regulation of the Prime Minister, which is composed of two paragraphs, establishes with details the scope of operation of the Minister of the Environment. The Minister of the Environment manages the following sections of the governmental administration: water management; environment. The Minister of the Environment controls: the Main Inspectorate of Environmental Protection; the President of the National Atomic Energy Agency; the President of the National Board of Water Management.
