Regulation on detailed conditions for assessment of hunting damages to cultivation and agricultural products.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, lays down: (1) the way and deadlines for reporting hunting damages to cultivation and agricultural products; (2) the method of notifying the appointments of the inspection and final assessment of hunting damages; (3) the detailed method of inspecting and assessing the final hunting damages; (4) the detailed method of determining the amount and payment of compensation for hunting damages; (5) templates of protocols of individual inspections.
