Regulation on detailed method of labeling, sealing and packaging of planting material and vine seedlings.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of ten articles and four Annexes, lays down: (1) detailed method of labeling, sealing and packaging of planting material of the elite and qualified category, including sizes and colors of labels (specified in Annex 1) and information to be printed on the labeling and the accompanying document (Annex 2); (2) information placed on the nursery document of a supplier (Annex 3); (3) information placed on the vineyard label of a supplier (Annex 4); (4) method of assigning label numbers by a supplier.
