The Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy, which is composed of eight paragraphs, establishes detailed requirements for technical equipment used for: turnover of controlled substances; technical service and repair of equipment containing controlled substances; disassembly of the equipment; recycling of controlled substances; regeneration of controlled substances and their reuse.
