Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of four paragraphs. The Register of branded cattle, sheep and goats includes: first name and surname, address, PESEL or REGON number of the owner; identifier of the animal; date of birth of the animal and identifier of the farm where the animal was born; identifiers of farms where the animal is kept; identifier of the place of utilization of dead body, if it was utilized; previous identifier of the animal, if changed; previous identifier of the animal imported from a third country, if known; sex and breed of the animal; type of use: meat, milk or combined; information about moving, if the animal was moved; information about death of the animal; date of issue of the passport of cattle, if issued; confirmation of giving earring duplicate, if given; epizootic status of the herd; information about warrants or bans regarding to the animal, issued by the Veterinary Inspection.
