Regulation on the detailed scope of information contained in reports on the keeping of herd books, herd registers and registers and the method of submitting these reports.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of four articles. Associations of breeders and other entities are obliged to report information included in herd books and herd registers. Such report contains in particular: name of the association of breeders, its location and address; date and place of the report; number of males and females or bee mothers or herds of fur animals, included in the herd book or register in the previous year, in the given year, and not included with the explanation why. Art. 3 specifies who is authorized to sign such report.
