Regulation on the detailed scope of user controls.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment lays down details concerning control of users related to access to genetic resources and sharing of benefits from their use. In particular, the present Regulation lays down means taken by users to ensure that genetic resources and traditional knowledge related to genetic resources which they utilise have been accessed in accordance with applicable access and benefit-sharing legislation or regulatory requirements, and that benefits are fairly and equitably shared upon mutually agreed terms in accordance with any applicable legislation or regulatory requirements.
