Regulation on the detailed scope of water management plans for river basins.

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of eight articles and three Annexes, lays down the detailed scope of preparing water management plans in river basins, including: (1) detailed scope of information needed to prepare the plans; (2) the scope of the identification of significant anthropogenic impacts and assessment of their impact on the status of surface water and groundwater; (3) requirements for establishing environmental objectives; (4) the scope of economic analysis related to the use of water; (5) the frequency of verification of the collected information and prepared documents.
