Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of six paragraphs, establishes: (1) the scope of activities relating to direct deliveries of foodstuffs, including quantity and area of direct deliveries; (2) detailed sanitary requirements for activities relating to direct deliveries of foodstuffs. Direct deliveries may include products of original production of plant origin, like cereals, fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms - cultivated, coming only from own farms or original production, and other resources coming from personal collections of herbs and undergrowth. The above products can be also pickled or desiccated.
