Regulation on documents confirming separately reuse and separately recycling.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six articles and two Annexes, establishes model documents confirming separately reuse and separately recycling and detailed rules for issuing these documents. The model certificate confirming separately reuse is specified in Annex 1 and the model certificate confirming separately recycling in Annex 2. Individual types of these documents are intended for businesses or organizations passing waste for reuse or recycling, persons dealing with reuse or recycling, and for voivodship environmental protection inspector.
