Regulation on dues for using inland waterways, water gates and slipways.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: inland waterways and sections of inland waterways the use of which shall be subject to payment (Annex 1); fee amounts; organizational units entitled to collect fees and ways of establishing and collecting fees; form of worksheet to provide information on the use of inland waterways, watercourses and slipways (Annex 2).
