Abstract
This Regulation, which is composed of 12 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes criteria and way of assessment of underground water state, including: (1) classification of physico-chemical and quantitative elements; (2) classification of quantitative state and chemical state of underground waters; (3) way of interpretation of test results; (4) way of presentation of the state of underground waters; (5) frequency of quality assessments of individual elements and state of water. Par. 2 defines five classes of quality of physico-chemical elements of underground water state.
