Abstract
The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs, establishes criteria for classifying mining wastes as inert waste. The criteria depend on physical, chemical and biological properties of mining wastes, including solubility, combustibility, biodegradation, leachability, pollution of wastes and potential threat of wastes to the quality of surface and underground waters.
