Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes forms of: application for operating a genetic engineering plant with the closed use of genetically modified microorganisms (specified in Annex 1); notification of operating the closed use of genetically modified microorganisms of the first (Annex 2) and the second category (Annex 3); application for the closed use of genetically modified microorganisms of the second (Annex 4), third and fourth category (Annex 5).
