Regulation establishing minimum and maximum width of technical and protection lanes, and methods of their determination.

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of three Paragraphs, establishes that a technical lane is the lane from a coast line to land of 10 to 1000 metres of width, excluding port areas. The lane width depends on a coast type. Protection lane is defined as a land area bordered on a technical lane of 100 to 2500 metres of width. In case of lands where a port exists, the land border of the lane shall be the same as the port border.
