Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 13 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes procedures of official control of products of animal origin carried out by Veterinary Inspection organs, including inspection of documentation, internal hygiene and sanitary procedures, and hygiene of personnel. The Regulation lays down also procedures of sampling and analysis of samples, and the forms of certificate of test results. The form of this certificate is specified in the Annex.
