Regulation on flight prohibition for aircrafts not fulfilling requirements of environment protection concerning noise prevention.

The present Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of seven paragraphs, applies to civil jet aircrafts of maximum start weight not less than 34000 kg or having more than 19 passenger seats. All such aircrafts shall fulfill the conditions defined in paragraph 3 of the Aviation Law. This provision does not apply to aircrafts registered in other member countries of the European Union.
