Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three articles and one Annex, establishes the form of questionnaire of the list of producers who have met the requirements concerning production in organic farming. The form of questionnaire is specified in the Annex. Such questionnaire should be prepared in a spreadsheet and transmitted via electronic means of communication.
