This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: (1) form of reports on weight of collected and recycled waste coming from spent equipment (specified in Annex 1); (2) form of reports on weight of waste of equipment collected and processed in ways different from recycling (specified in Annex 2); (3) methods of transmitting these reports.
