Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 articles, lays down provisions concerning tests on fertilizers and marketing of fertilizers. It establishes the conditions for issuing the authorization required to place fertilizers on the market. In addition, the Regulation specifies allowed contaminants in fertilizers and their limit values, in order to protect human health and the environment.
