Regulation on inspection of identification and registration of animals, cooperation of veterinary inspection organs, Agency for Restructuring and Modernizing Agriculture and entities keeping registers of horses, and concerning changes in registers of marked livestock registers and registers of horses.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine paragraphs, establishes that veterinary inspection organs shall: verify data contained in registers; check regularity of animals marking and passports; pass control protocols to the Agency or entities keeping registers of horses. Data contained in the registers of horses can be accessed by: electronic means of information and passing the copy of data to the Main Veterinarian.
