Regulation on maximum amount of food sold as part of agricultural retail trade to establishments conducting retail trade intended for the final consumer.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three artilcles and four Annexes, lays down maximum amount of food sold as part of agricultural retail trade to establishments conducting retail trade intended for the final consumer and the scope and method of documenting it. This amount of food sold annually is specified for raw materials of non-animal origin (Annex 1), food of non-animal origin other than raw materials and food containing both foodstuffs of non-animal origin and products of animal origin (Annex 2), raw materials of animal origin (Annex 3) and products of animal origin other than raw materials (Annex 4).
