Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of two paragraphs and four Annexes, establishes: maximum permitted levels of chemical residues of plant protection products which are allowed in foodstuffs of plant origin or on their surface, excluding cereal seeds (Annex 1); maximum permitted levels of chemical residues of plant protection products allowed in cereal seeds or on their surface (Annex 2); maximum permitted levels of chemical residues of plant protection products allowed in foodstuffs of animal origin or on their surface (Annex 3); maximum permitted levels of chemical residues of plant protection products allowed in infant foodstuffs (Annex 4).
