This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 19 paragraphs, establishes detailed way of measurement of: (1) diameter of wood in the rough regardless of its length; (2) length and diameter of upper long wood; (3) diameter of wood in the form of perch or pole; (4) diameter of wood in stacks; (5) properties of wood in the rough.
